Step 1 -
We recommend that you watch a Video/DVD before starting the programme. It contains useful information and explains in detail the principle factors of the diet. Just pop into the pharmacy pay £5 refundable deposit and you're on your way or click on the lipotrim video section on the site and you are able to watch it online.

Step 2 -
After watching the Video/DVD call in for an informal consultation. Here any questions raised can be answered. Please print off and complete this simple medical questionnaire ,bring it with you and if appropriate the diet will be supplied with advice and support. (Don't worry if you can't print off the questionnaire, this can be completed at the time of your first visit the pharmacy.

One week's supply of Lipotrim diet can be purchased for:
£36 - ladies (3 average servings a day)
£48 - men (2 large servings a day)
You will be given extra information regarding the diet for you to take home and keep, as well as Ketostix. You will also be given the option to buy a lipotrim shaker priced at £3.99 or a hand blender to mix the shakes.

Step 3 -
You will need to return to the pharmacy for your weekly supply and we will then weigh you and monitor your progress. No appointment is necessary as there will always be a member of staff available to see you.
